Membership Terms are January 1 - December 31

A home care agency is a company that provides health-related services and products in the place of residence to persons who have health-related needs, thereby affording a continuum of comprehensive client care. A hospice provider is an organization licensed to provide hospice care.

All inpatient units and satellite offices identified under the same legal corporate entity/ownership shall be considered a single provider and shall include all locations operating under that ownership within the state of Colorado. Before purchasing a membership, you'll need to determine your organization's (all Colorado locations) gross client revenue from the most recent fiscal year.

Class A Providers are providers that are reimbursed by Medicaid/Medicare. 
All Class A agencies will fall within one of the following six tiers for dues payment.

Hospice & Home Health (Class A) Providers

Tier and Revenues Annual Dues
Tier 1 (Revenue up to $500K)  $900
Tier 2 (Revenues $500K - $1MM)  $1,750
Tier 3 (Revenues $1MM - $2.5MM)  $4,750
Tier 4 (Revenues $2.5MM - $5MM)  $6,000
Tier 5 (Revenues $5MM - $10MM)  $7,250
Tier 6 (Revenues above $10MM)  $8,500

 






 

 

 

 

 

Class B Providers are home care providers that are reimbursed by Medicaid or consumers paying directly (private pay) or via their long-term care insurance policy. 
All Class B agencies will fall within one of the following four tiers for dues payment.
