The Home Care & Hospice Association of Colorado is the united voice for Colorado’s home health, hospice, palliative care, and home care / private duty providers. 

Our mission is to advance the health and wellness of Coloradans by promoting excellence in home care and hospice through education and advocacy. 

As a nonprofit, nonpartisan association, HHAC supports providers through leadership, information, advocacy, and connection - helping members navigate a changing healthcare landscape while strengthening care for the patients, families, and communities they serve.
