Thank you very much for your membership to the Home Care Association of Colorado. The association's leaders and staff appreciate your organization's support of HCAC in 2018 and in previous years. Members, your agency’s membership expired on December 31 and member benefits will end on March 31. Now is the time to renew your membership for 2019! Renew before you lose your member benefits.

Speakers Have Been Announced For The PDGM National Summit In The Rockies 

Date: December 28, 2018

The Home Care Association of Colorado and the National Association of Home Care, together with state home-care associations in our region, are pleased to announce that metro Denver will be the site of a one-day conference Feb. 13 on the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services' Patient Directed Groupings Model. The Conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Aurora/Denver Conference Center.

PDGM's adoption will bring significant change to home health care. The one-day regional conference on PDGM allows providers in our regions to hear from national experts on the new model, with significant time allocated to Q&A. Click here to view the schedule.
