HCAC Is Offering The HCS-D Exam On Wednesday, Oct. 25HCS-D certification exam will be offered on Wednesday afternoon following the conclusion of the 1.5 day ICD-10 Revised Intermediate Coding Seminar on Oct. 24-25. Exam fees: CLICK HERE to register for the exam. This is the form that all exam takers should use to register for the exam prior to the event. There are three ways that members or attendees can register for the exam, by phone, fax or mail. If the exam taker is going to register over the phone with a customer service representative, you must provide the conference code on the form at the bottom, right hand corner (CO10252017). This is mandatory for the correct location of the exam and if any discounts apply for the state association members. You may also fax the exam registration form to Decision Health at 800-785-9212. **Online registrations do NOT have an option for the testing location and any discounts. Please do NOT register for the exam online. Time: 1 p.m.
